State Representative Election in Nearby Woodford County

Democrat Carl Rollins of Midway resigned his legislative seat in the 56th District.

Running to fill the open seat is James Kay of Versailles. Voters in Franklin, Fayette, and Woodford counties should go to the polls on Tuesday, June 25th to elect James Kay as their representative in Frankfort.

Kay, 30, is an attorney in Versailles whose political experience includes working as member of the staff of former U.S. Rep. Ben Chandler and as a legislative aide to House Democratic leaders during the 2013 session.

Kay is knowledgeable about the issues currently being debated in Frankfort and will help put Kentucky on the right path forward.

If you live in the 56th District, vote for James Kay on June 25th!
